Aetna Coventry Medicare Advantage plans

Medicare Advantage plans provide all of the same benefits as Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) while typically offering some additional coverage for things like dental, vision, hearing, prescription drugs and other services and items not found in Original Medicare.

Aetna Medicare sells each of the most common type of Medicare Advantage plans including HMO, PPO, HMO-POS and Special Needs Plans. Specific plan selection may vary by location.

Aetna Coventry Medicare Part D

Medicare Part D provides coverage exclusively for prescription drugs. Aetna Coventry Medicare Part D plans are like those found in the main Aetna business.

Medicare Supplement Insurance

Medicare Supplement Insurance, or Medigap, provides coverage for certain Original Medicare out-of-pocket costs like deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.

Like the company’s Part D plans, the Medigap plans you are likely to find through Aetna Coventry include plans A, B, F, G and N.

The time at which you can enroll in an Aetna Coventry Medicare plan depends on the type of plan you wish to purchase.

Aetna Coventry Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D enrollment

If you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, you may be eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan at that time.
